  I ordered dinner for the whole family. We are a family of five, so there are many items from the menu in order and each of us enjoys a packet or two of sauce per item. I asked for lots of hot and mild, and when I got home, there were only a total of four mild sauces, no hot sauces, not enough for the entire order. Whatever, moving on to my food, I don't like sour cream, and I've asked for no sour cream on my burritos multiple times, and every time, they put sour cream on it anyway; but again...whatever. The final straw for tonight's particular fumble was the fact that one of my items, as I bit into it, had a very long black hair inside my burrito. I proceeded to call the store and spoke to the person who answered, and let them know what had happened, to which he replied: "Oh, okay, I'll let the manager know". Listen, it's Taco Bell, I'm not expecting the best food ever or the best service, budgets get tight, and Taco Bell is a last resort when it's been a long day of work, and there's been no time to throw something together at home. With that being said, I expect a certain amount of decency. I can forgive lapses in memory of sauce packets and sour cream, but to have a freaking hair in my food only to be dismissed nonchalantly when I call it in is unacceptable.

  Not the people's fault the kid that was serving us was very attentive that Taco Bell itself has gotten rid of a lot of stuff that were pretty good including their breakfast salsa long time ago they had Bell burgers they had enchiladas seems like they cut down a lot on the meat that goes in there and they use a lot of beans and rice as fillers I need to step it up with all the fast food places you have to choose from they're kind of expensive anymore for what you get
