I arrived at 12:40 AM, before closing time, but I was told the restaurant was already closed. The posted closing time is 1:00 AM, so I was disappointed that I was not served even though I arrived before closing. I hope the store can improve communication and honor the posted hours.

It’s honestly sad how they can’t finish orders in time. I ordered my food at 10:45 on the app and set it as a future order TO PICK UP AT 11:30. I have a 30 minute break 11:30-12. I went there and waited until 11:45 before i left and gave up. I’ve already had issues with this store with wrong orders, bad timing, but nothing this bad. It’s 11:55 now and my order just texted me that it’s done. I will never waste my money at this location again. Never recommending this store to anyone.

The customer service was impeccable
Don't order ahead online unless you're in the parking lot to make sure they're actually open. Had the same issue with the previous location and well as this one that online ordering is available, but once you arrive (at 1pm on a Sunday this time) the lights are off and no one inside. Tacobell customer service is nonexistent as well, always have to file a chargeback.
Don't hold your breath for breakfast either, they open at 6am for breakfast, but whether or not someone's there they don't actually serve until after 9am.
Never had issues with the food besides the occasional dried out potatoes, but that's if anyone's even there.

Interesting location. I’ve had one employee offer great customer service. When he’s not there it’s awkward. It’s always dirty, and the bathrooms are the dirtiest. It’s sad, because it’s a brand new location.
Cleaning is definitely not happening at close.
Customer service is all focused on drive-thru with little to no care for dine-in patrons.
I think the team just needs a reset, and training on quality customer care and cleanliness.
