The cashier rang up my order incorrectly and then had the nerve to tell me that I didn't ask for what I asked for. Not to mention this drive thru is ridiculously slow. The Mars Hill one is worth the drive any day of the week, trust me.

Taco Bell has raised the price of their food until it's no longer an option and they quit selling the good stuff so we no longer consider going there. Red Lobster has a 3 course lunch for $7.99 and with a tip it's still cheaper than taco hell.

Placed mobile order at 815pm, in the drive thru at 824pm, at the window at 855pm, didn't get food for another 10 minutes and I had to come back to get it fixed

Watched customer after customer in drive thru get served before me while I waited 20 minutes for them to start my food in lobby.

I've been to this taco bell three times now and I honestly can't recommend it at all. Each time it took 1-2 hours to get my food. Then this last time I went it was once again a one hour wait for my food and it was all cold as could be even the bag was cold. The one upside of this last visit at least, was that the staff were very apologetic and kind about how long it took to get the food, the kind gentleman explained it was just him and two others and the other two were still new to the job. All in all though, I'd say if you want taco bell go elsewhere... It seems the management of this location is very poor especially with productivity and having aptly trained workers on shift.
