We ordered catering from this Subway for a work in-service event, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The order arrived more than 15 minutes late, leaving us with less than 15 minutes to get everything set up before our event began.
The delivery driver was supposed to help set up the food but did not. None of the sandwiches or cookies were labeled, which created a major problem. How are people supposed to know which sandwiches contain pork or which cookies may contain peanuts or other allergens? No one should have to guess when food allergies and dietary restrictions are involved.
To make matters worse, the veggie tray didn’t include any serving utensils, making it difficult for people to serve themselves. It honestly looked like the boxes were thrown together with little to no care or attention to detail.
Overall, this was a frustrating experience, and I would not recommend this Subway location—especially for catering or delivery orders. When you’re paying for a catered meal for a professional event, you expect it to arrive on time, be organized, and be clearly labeled. Unfortunately, this order fell well short of those expectations.

I visited this Subway location on July 5, 2026, and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience from start to finish.
After placing my order at the drive-thru intercom, I did **not** have to wait long to order. However, I waited an unusually long time at the drive-thru window while my food was being prepared. During that time, there was no friendly greeting or positive customer service.
I ordered three Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwiches and one Steak & Cheese sandwich. During my order, the employee, Itzl (pink hair) asked if I wanted my bread toasted. I clearly said, "No, I do not want my bread toasted." She asked me a second time, and I again told her that I did not want the bread toasted.
When I got home, I took a bite of one of the Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwiches and discovered that the chicken was completely cold. The sandwich wasn't just un-toasted—the meat itself had never been warmed.
I called the store to let them know about the issue, and Itzl was the one who answered the phone. Instead of apologizing or trying to resolve the situation, she immediately became argumentative. She told me that because I said I didn't want my bread toasted, that meant the meat would not be heated. I explained that I've ordered Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwiches from other Subway locations, requested that the bread not be toasted, and they still warmed the chicken. She insisted that because I didn't specifically ask for the meat to be warmed, it was served cold.
To me, those are two different things. Not wanting toasted bread should not automatically mean customers are expected to eat cold chicken. If that's the store's policy, it should be clearly explained when taking the order instead of assuming the customer knows.
When I asked what could be done, she only offered to remake the sandwiches. By that point, after the lack of customer service and the argumentative attitude, I no longer felt comfortable having the same employee prepare my food again. I requested a refund instead because I had lost confidence in the experience.
The issue wasn't just the cold food—it was also the poor customer service and the unwillingness to take responsibility or show empathy. A simple apology, a clear explanation, and a professional attitude could have made all the difference. Unfortunately, this experience has made me hesitant to return to this location.
