    Dump restaurant that won’t accept your rewards coupons that you earn through the app. Go to jimmy John’s if you gotta pay full price.

    I am submitting a complaint regarding a Subway manager’s behavior during my visit. I was served a sandwich made with old bread and politely requested a remake. When I returned as instructed, the manager refused to remake the sandwich and told me she “didn’t care who I call” because she is the manager. This response was unprofessional, dismissive, and unacceptable. Managers are expected to resolve issues, not escalate them or disregard customer concerns. All I asked for was a simple remake using fresh bread. I am requesting that this incident be reviewed and addressed, and that I be compensated appropriately for the poor service and refusal to correct the order.
