  On line order. Delivery was not quite correct. Order left at wrong location but I was able to retrieve it. Overall the food was satisfactory and at a great price.

  The door was still locked 40 minutes after store actually opened. I put my order in and it said it was ready but the man seen me at the door and still didn’t open it so that I could tell him I have a mobile order ready. And I was on my lunch break and returned back to work late because of this.

  I ordered thru the app today to get my points and discounts and when I opened my purchase, it was the most skimpy, small.. not at all impressed, sandwich I had ever seen. Not happy. Sent a complaint to management but they don’t seem to care. Hey folks, if you’re using your app, this Subway is going to take advantage of you.

  This location is hands down one of the best Subways in the entire city. My whole family of 10 order was made freshly and tasted better than most other places on the east side. The staff are friendly and do not take short cuts. The store is well beyond clean and hygienic. Highly recommended if you want fresh clean food just like what you expect from a franchise. Good job to whomever is running store. We will be returning and recommending this location to everyone.

  This has to be the rudest most unprofessional store in linwood. What on EARTH could possess employees to take it upon themselves to cancel orders that have already been paid for? I ordered and paid through the app, my husband shows up to get the sandwiches and they tell him they cancelled it? But not why, when I call to inquire as to why my money was taken but they were refusing to make my food, she says "the manager says its the wrong store." 🤨 Ma'am, I just read you your address from my confirmation email? Plus if it was ordered from the "wrong store" how would you have known that you cancelled it then? But instead of answering any of my questions like a normal person, she HUNG UP on me?!? THEN, because you have my money? Of course im calling back, she wants to play games and not answer or answer and hang up or silence it. Lady... this is subway?! Not your personal line what even IS this? Anyway if owner sees this, absolutely fire who ever was working at 7 pm on april 10th, 2026. They're not doing anything but ruining your business.
