  Absolutely trifling. Literally I see why the other locations are few to none . this needs to be the next one shut down ! The manager “Jay” is so rude and unprofessional. Overcharged me for an order paying 14$ or an 8$ order . I asked for my receipt to understand what i was being charged for . didn’t want to give it me , then after calling to explain the situation he was rude and called me out my name . saying i had to call to speak to another manager monday morning . I went back immediately & returned the food bc i was completely disgusted by the interaction . he said he processed the return and when the cash drawers opened he closed it and said the money would be back on my card gave me an updated receipt for 9$ it’s been 7 days no refund issues to my card 😒 giving black people a bad name by the amount of attitude given and the distasteful service. fast food ain’t what it used to be that’s for sure .

  Wow. I've been to a great many Rallys in my 43 years. This place was the best. Food was so hot I had to wait for it to cool down. Really nice staff who took my order from the none Drive through window was polite professional, and food was out in less than 2 minutes. Prime example of a Rallys working well. Thank you. I will be back.

  Stopped in here because it's Rallys and the food is always tasty. Pulled into the drive thru on a Monday afternoon. Wasnt greeted and the employee I could see walked away from the window. They had one person at the walk up so I waited for a few minutes. Tried to speak to someone three times after that and got no response. I waited another three or four minutes while cars piled up behind me. Closing in on ten minutes I decided to leave. Went to drive thru window didn't see anyone so I waited for roughly two minutes. Nothing. Figure it wasn't worth all of my time. Between the poor service at the one on East Washington and now this one... I'm done with Rallys. The food isn't that good for what the price is. Literally a meal here is the same or more than a meal from better places. Way to go, Rallys. Maybe if you laid better you would attract better employees.

  Always been one of my favorite locations to go to..Everytime I go, my food is fresh.
