  I don’t know what was going on yesterday but the crew that they have here now is horrible. They took forever and then dude had to ask me my name twice and also they had my order ready and they were just sitting there with it because everything was pretty much old and cold by the time I got it they were in there joking around playing around instead of doing their damn jobs I do not appreciate going to someplace and actually the food was horrible and it pretty much hurt my stomach it almost felt like food poisoning. I wouldn’t recommend going here anytime in the near future as long as the three that was working 5-17-26 evening shift whoever was making the food pretty much messed my hamburgers up usually this place is pretty good but yesterday it was horrible so I guess new employees new way of doing things try to make the food right and not horrible next time and cold also as long as it took them to make the food you would think they would get the order right I also forgot to mention, considering I was the only one there. I don’t see how they could have confusion about the order oh and I forgot they gave me the wrong damn sauce for the chicken and fries

  Walked up to the window waited almost 10 min while they did 5 cars in drive thru so no service. So I left and went to tacobell food and service in 5 min. Won't be going back to this rallys.

  Very slow today drive thru at least 15 to 20 minutes no hello no may I help you no nothing . I would of bagged out but it was cars behind me . Thumbs down. Not blaming the staff but it should not just be one person working both windows .

  I was pretty disappointed with my visit to Rally's. The food was served cold, which made it really unappetizing and not what you expect when you’re ordering fast food. On top of that, the service was lacking. The staff didn’t seem very attentive, and the overall experience just felt rushed and careless. It’s frustrating when both the food quality and customer service miss the mark. I usually enjoy Rally’s, but this visit definitely fell short. Hoping this was just an off day and improvements are made.

  Worst fast food joint been to in a long time definitely needs to be condemned and shut down had to go around on the other side to pick up the food what nonsense was that didn't get really what order to pay for it to baconzilla Burgers just with 40 gallons of mayonnaise not much bacon or anything else and the food was darn cold
