  I ordered a pizza on line asked for garlic butter crust that I didn't get. Then the pizza had very little toppings on it,it literally was only toppings in the middle and the crust was 3-4in thick frm the edge and it was cold I'm very unsatisfied

  Ordered my food at 530pm online, email said 15 to 25 mins. I show up after 20 and they kept me waiting another 40 with no explanation. Employees wouldn't pay me any attention when trying to figure out the issue and since I already paid I kept waiting. When I finally got to speak with someone, the girl told me they kept messing up orders back here. I told her people make mistakes but why couldn't anyone just let me know so I could leave and come back, etc. This made me late to my next stop. Nobody offered refunds, free food for the inconvenience, nothing. Girl looks at me and tells me I dont have to be a b. Mind you I was not yelling, cussing or anything. Worst customer service ever. On top of that they handed me the pizza through the drive thru window and it wasnt even shut...

  Update: Tried this location again after 3 years.. still trash! Its like a knock off pizza hut were everything is off brand and bad. this location has delivered the wrong food and forgotten to bring any any other items (drinks, sauces, sides) both times we have ordered. The manager was rude when we requested a refund or to have the missing items brought out. I don't have very high expectations of pizza hut in general but this one is just trash. AVOID AT ALL COST.

  The pizza was too thin for 43.98 and terrible service plus they weren't wearing gloves and the gloves box was full and in front of me
