  the general manager, daniel, absolutely rocks this store. after an accident, he made a new pizza and brought it over himself. will continue to buy here simply due to his kind hearted service. 🤍

  One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely ignored and unwelcome. No one greeted me or even acknowledged that I was standing there. The employee at the register continued talking to another customer as if I wasn’t there, then turned around and switched positions with another employee without saying a single word to me. The lady who took over finally greeted me and gave me my order, but what made the experience even worse was watching the original employee immediately greet another customer right in front of me. So clearly, greeting customers wasn’t the issue—he simply chose not to acknowledge me. The entire interaction was rude, dismissive, and extremely unprofessional. I’ve never felt so unwelcome at a restaurant. Absolutely terrible customer service and easily one of my worst experiences.
