  Great customer service! I had an issue with how my pizza came out and the GM immediately offered to remake the pizza! Will definitely be ordering from them again!

  Ordered two pizzas and dipping sauce. The dipping sauce was left out of the order. When I called they told me I was a liar. If you want mediocre, overpriced pizza, and the worst customer service in the restaurant world, eat here. Others, stay away. Never again

  This was a very disappointing experience. This is my second visit, and unfortunately, it was even worse than the first. The wait time was extremely long, the service felt unfriendly, and everything seemed unnecessarily slow. I wouldn’t recommend visiting this place.

  Ordered online and got a conformation number. After an hour passed out estimated delivery time we started to call to ask where our pizza was. Horrible customer service. Everything is through a call center and when they transfer you to this store specifically, no one answers the phone. We drove to the store, horrible location and confusing how to enter the building. Once we got inside we were told that our order was cancelled, which we never got an email or update on. We called them out for never answering the phone and didn't even get an apology. No wonder Pizza Hut is going out of business. I will never return.

  Ordered food, paid on the app, and they are closed when I got here to pick up. Awesome pizza hut.
