  The pizza was perfect in all aspects . Customer service was a perfect The store was in perfect shape . Best pizza hut in indianapolis

  Came in and stood at the register for 5 minutes watching the two staff in the back not address my presence. No hello, no “I’ll be right with you.” I rung the bell they have at the front for service, and then the chick working screamed “WE WILL BE RIGHT WITH YOU!” Came off as really rude, but after that the guy working came and helped me and was more pleasant. Still think there was terrible customer service, especially from the girl working. Would not come back to this place. To the girl working, you have terrible manners. Expect people to try to get your attention if they’re standing there watching you stand in the back. Seems like common sense, but based on your reaction, obviously that wasn’t taught to you. Maybe address that you acknowledge a customer walk in next time and let them know you’ll be with them in a moment instead of getting an attitude. Some people are where they are at in life for a reason ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

  Porscha was very helpful with my order DoorDash wanted me to pay twice over the phone and person the door dash had to return my order. She is resent my order I’m very pleased with her customer service.

  I would give zero stars if I could!!! I get a pizza that looks like a tornado hit it. I ordered the pizza through the PIZZA HUT WEBSITE. Pizza Hut tells me since the driver didn’t handle it properly then door dash needs to refund me because they use door dash drivers. I call door dash and they can’t refund me because they don’t even have the payment method I used to give me a refund because I didn’t order through them. I call the Pizza Hut back and tell them what door dash tells me and they said it’s not on them.. YES IT IS.. if I place an order on your website and you take the risk of using door dash drivers.. that’s on YOU! Door dash can’t refund me because i didn’t place my order with them!!! They don’t have a card to refund to!! I would absolutely not recommend ordering a delivery from this place because if your dasher takes off with your order or your order comes looking like mine did then they won’t do anything about it except put in another order with no guarantee the same dasher won’t get it again! Worst experience ever! Customer service is a absolute joke!
