  Was in town for an appointment with a client & his mom. We stopped here for a bite to eat(not my choice) . The lady taking the order was nice/friendly . We sat down to wait on our food. Noticed about 4 tables that still had trash and leftover food on them! Just so happened to be seated where I could see them making the pizza. No gloves were worn by either the male nor female pizza makers. Just straight bare hands handling the food. I informed my client and his mom what I observed and told them I wouldn't be eating the food once it came out but thanks anyway. Won't be visiting this establishment ever again.

  I ask for it well done TWICE and the lady had the BIGGEST attitude for no reason!! I never leave reviews this is my first one ever in my life please don’t go

  The pizza was okay but we order two of the same pizza and they were different styles and were not hot. I waited for 10 minutes before anyone came up to the counter for me to pick up my on line order. The person at the counter was neither rude nor friendly. I will not be returning to this store.

  So on a Friday we have waited over a hr for a pizza when they told us it was 2 minute wait.Came back 10 minutes later it's not done.and we drove 20 minutes to this location.it's over 20 people in this lil walk way waiting for food..the staff is young goofing around not caring doing people any type of way.go to E 82nd st it's ran way more professional

  This is the third time I’ve had a similar experience. When getting home late from work I like to stop in and get a double order of Garlic Cheese stick. The same gentleman is alway the one to take the order. The first experience it took 15 minutes for the gentleman to find the buttons to create the order on the kiosk, but the food was timely. The second experience he took a similar amount of time, entered the order wrong, and I had to wait for my food to be remade. I was there for 40 some minutes waiting. The third time was today, I had placed the order with the same individual, but he had entered it wrong so they didn’t even start making my order till I was waiting for 20 minutes. It again took 40 minutes for me to get my food. I’m an incredibly patient person but today really made me frustrated. The worst part is everyone working there is wonderful it’s just that one individual I see slowing everything down.
