  This was just thee worst experience I have ever encountered in my life. Don't ever come to this pizza hut on 10th and Arlington they took my order for pick up and when I came they refused to make my order and I called 45 minutes before they closed after they said its in the system. This is terrible customer service and the lady at the window was absolutely rude. I advise everyone to not attend this pizza hut at all and it should be shut down.

  Unfortunately I didn't have the ability to check the rating before ordering. I just went to their main website and placed my order not worried about what location it might come from. That said... Now that I'm leaving a review and seeing the rest... I was probably lucky... My pizza was missing the drizzle that the promotional pizza was advertised with. This was the whole reason I ordered that pizza over just a plan pepperoni pizza, which would have cost less. I also ordered breadsticks and multiple sauces for them. When I opened the breadstick box, the sauces were there but no sticks to dip into the sauces. At least I got a coupon for 2 free pizzas if I order within the next 30 days... Because that's definitely what I was looking for... More opportunities for them to mess up my order...

  I place an order online, Pizza Hut apparently using doordash now for deliveries which is whatever. When my order arrived I was missing items. So I tried to call the store to figure out or refunded. Every time they would answer the call and then just hang up on me. I called four or five times in a row...

  found a hair in my pizza and the pizza was cold and found a hair in the fries as well which was disgusting! spent $76 was totally not worth it at all
