Me and my family went to this establishment this weekend. I ordered 4 sandwiches and sodas. The sandwiches were delicious and toasty. However, long story short, they took an hour to give us the sandwiches. The cook gave us excuse after excuse of why wasn't the order ready sooner, including saying that they received a lot of online orders. But we haven't see any Doordash, Uber Eats, Grubhub or anyone coming in and out of the restaurant to pick up an online order. I know this place is brand new, but they have to be more efficient to survive in this economy, and stop making excuses for delays. You should hire at least one more cook. Please fix this because this restaurant makes excellent food. However, because of the long waiting time for our food and the excuses they made up for it, I won't recommend this restaurant as of now.

The food was decebt however if ordering familyvsized anything chexk goe long it will take . Our food took 20 minutes i itially tehn we were told anothrr 30 for a platter taht ended up taking more than an hour. Workers were blase abour the additonal delay. And when i asked all i got was finger pointing at that point uf have asked for q refund but i didnt trust it. Otherwise, regular pretzels were good though. Anf bogo pretzel deal was nice.

Ordered pizza and it was completely undercooked and dough was raw. Work area and boxes that they served in did not seem very clean. Employees were swearing and didn’t seem like they wanted to be there. Dishes were also stacked up in the sink as well which were very visible while sitting in the restaurant. Also, the restaurant was not very clean, the floor was dirty as well as the tables. The restaurant was very hot and limited air conditioning made it unpleasant.

This place is a hidden gem. We've driven by it so many times with my kids pointing and asking to go, and we finally listened. Glad we did. We'll definitely be regulars. The pizza was excellent. We got the Pineapple Express and the Huli Huli Chicken, and both were great. But the real surprise was the pretzels. We're pretzel snobs. We've tried pretzels pretty much everywhere and had crowned Ben's as the best there is. This place seriously competes. We'll need a side-by-side to settle it, but it's that close. What puts this place over the top is the creativity. Every pretzel on the menu is delicious, and the drinks are fun and tasty too. One more thing worth mentioning: the owner was running the register when we stopped in, and he's super kind. He went out of his way to make it a fun experience for my kids. Highly recommend.
