  So tired of restaurants refusing to let customers or delivery drivers use their restroom. How lazy is your staff that they can't clean a restroom for customers to be able to use as well as them. Or how nasty are they in the bathroom that you can't let your customers into it. A place where I can't verify that there's soap & hot water for the employees to use after using the restroom. Pretty pathetic that you make people go to a gas station rather than use your restroom. Some people have issues that when they need to go they need to go. Extremely heartless to force people to go somewhere else because you can't clean a bathroom.

  Did an online order had the confirmation email and was even sent a notification that stated my order was ready for pick up. I live close so was there within 5 minutes of being notified to pick up. Went through the drive thru and the woman at the window said she didn't have any order for my name. I verified I was at the right location she came back and asked my name 2 more times and finally said that my name got hidden and she didnt see it but also my food wasn't going to be ready for another 3 minutes. Someone else was driving so they asked me if they should park in the parking spots directly next to us or loop around the building again and the woman swung open the window again and rudely demanded we move so she help the next customer we hesitated maybe 10 seconds trying to figure out where to pull around to from when she asked us the first time. So we pulled around and parked 2 other cars pulled around and parked behind us as they were told their orders weren't ready yet either. We waited longer than even asked and we pulled back around to the window and was told it still wasn't ready yet and they needed 5 more minutes. Seems like orders got away from them and they were running behind. The woman at the window was frustrated and rude and took it out on us. When we finally got our food the sauces were wrong but we had already pulled away and I didn't want to wait back in line for 2 sauce cups.

  Terrible experience at this specific location. Especially with delivery driver DEBRA. She rear ended my car on the clock delivering for papa John’s & the manager lied for her saying she was going home already. She took 0 accountability.

  I been to this place a few times and I will say the food always fresh and tasty I will suggest it anytime oh good discount and staff friendly
