- CCCassieMay 2, 20261.0I ordered pizza for movie night for my kids and me. I placed 2 orders. I ordered 3 large pizzas total with breadsticks which came to about 40 bucks. I noticed once we got home I opened the first one and it looked like a medium in a large size box. The crust covered majority of the pizza and it was only a small circumference allowing room for toppings. I just thought maybe they just dropped the ball with this one but we'll eat it anyways. My daughter took a piece from a different box and bit into it during the movie and told me that she had a mouth full of dough, so I tried a piece of mine and it was the same. The bottom of the pizza was cooked but it was like it didn't cook FULLY because the surface of it could literally just be slid off with a finger leaving a paper thin bottom. The texture of the doughy part mixed with the rest of the pizza just made the whole bite disgusting. All of the pizzas were cooked like that.This kind of crashed our whole movie night because we had to find a whole different dinner to go with the movie. I called and was told I could get a refund. Refunds for both orders were made, but when I woke up the next day I noticed in my account that $5.61 was taken back off my card for Papa Johns. Idk what that was about because I picked my order up it wasn't delivered, but I just let it go, cancelled my debit card and ordered a new one and I learned a lesson to NEVER order from this location again. Sucks cus it's like a 3 min drive from my apartment, but I'd rather pay for quality over convenience.
