- TKTracy KiserSep 16, 20262.0Worst pizza I have ever got from here. I ordered pan crust deluxe light cheese. Nowhere on the menu does it state that they use a cheese sauce on the bottom of the crust. It tasted like the crust was cooked on Parmesan cheese . Totally ruined the taste of the pizza. When I called and spoke to the manager all he kept saying was I’m sorry you are not happy but we do cook our pan crust pizza on top of a liquid cheese. I told him nowhere on the menu was that noted. I would have never ordered the pan crust if that was stated on the menu. I feel like this should be noted on the menu so when ordering your pizza you know what is on the pizza completely. I also feel the manager could have offered me a partial refund or something. He didn’t seem to know how to handle the complaint.

I placed a pickup order for 2 medium pizzas 2 orders of wings and cheese bread. The pizza dough was raw and gummy. The cheese bread was soggy and the wings were nothing but fat and cold in the middle. I 100% understand things happen I was offered for it to be remade or a credit on the account I asked them to remake it. I then hear the manager arguing with her in the background and she comes back and says sorry he said we can just give you a credit and you can reorder. So your staff wanted me to then spend another 40 dollars on an order. That experience was enough for us not to return. I wasn’t asking for free food, I even made it clear I wanted to bring the existing order back so they knew I wasn’t making it up.
