  Wouldn’t recommend this location to anybody. One employee literally picked up a pepper with her bare hands. I wouldn’t come back here if it was the only papa John’s left in Indianapolis!

  Got me in and out. Greeted me and the pizza was excellent. Exactly what I expect from the Papa. Just felt it was necessary to leave a review.

  The manager Courtney an employee Shawndale was really rude cussing me out cause I was calling and complaining about the order that I had Place I order a bacon chicken ranch sandwich and they gave me a steak Philly steak sandwich I asked for Tim bone and Parmesan wings and they gave me boneless plain wings and was really rude. Cussing me out I order at 11 o’clock and took 2 o’clock. I’m still waiting on my food cussing me out telling me they ain’t fixing my food for me. That’s the rule of this place ever do not go to Emerson Way they are so rude Food disgusting and don’t wanna fix the food right when they’re wrong.

  Strictly Based on my visit today! I've never had any problems with the staff here until today. I ordered a garlic stuffed crest pepperoni extra cheese pizza, Garlic Parm bread stick, 3 cheese cups and a 2l mtn dew. The driver brings the order to my home and all i had recieved was the pizza and the 2l. I called to the store to speak with the manager the first time i was told she was busy and couldn't come to the phone and was put on hold for 10 minutes. I hung up and called back by the time i called back the driver had returned to the store and was trying to speak to them about my order also. The so called manager they have gets on the phone rude as can be and tells me she doesn't have time to listen to this and was cursing at me because i was telling her i have the pictures from the driver of what he picked up and also have the text messages from him regarding trying to get it fixed as well. i called back 2 more times to get my refund and everytime i was being hung up on! 10/10 i would not recommend returning to this store for any type of service from them! Very rude and unprofessional crew works here!
