- TVTrevor VanOverberghe1 day ago5.0I made a mistake with the pickup time for my order and called in. DJ, the night manager, cancelled the order right away so I wouldn’t be charged. Then when I reordered online, the delivery time got messed up again. DJ immediately caught the second error and called me back, fixed the order for me, and everything was perfect and ready to go the next day. Saved the event I was attending and made a stressful moment extremely painless, I appreciated it so much!

Obviously there’s no way he could keep up, so we arrived when the app said our pizza would be done, waited for 20-30 minutes, and never once were even spoken to. Also no gloves, or any food safety stuff at all. This isn’t the hourly-employee’s fault, it’s whoever owns this place that is responsible.

Growing up, my family was always a “papa John’s” family. We used to get it to watch pacers, colts, and white Sox games. So this company has a lot of nostalgia for me. NOWHERE does it better than keystone Indianapolis. You need to promote Devante and Darius, because they are awesome workers. Every time I come in they are professional and courteous. They always get the orders right, and more importantly they CARE about quality. If I go to another papa John’s I think “damn, this would be better at keystone!” So understand that these dudes aren’t just working - they are connecting a neighborhood to a lifelong brand loyalty thanks to their hard work
