I called to get a refund for the missing item and they made drive back to the restaurant. Then they still were not going to give me my refund so I asked them to make the sandwich they forgot in which they stated it would take over 15 minutes. After several minutes of speaking with the not so nice manager was finally given a cash refund. Terrible customer service.
