  So I decided to take my wife and daughter to Outback (In Greenwood) because I hadn't been in a long time. The servers name was Billy, he did a good job. He was on top of the drinks and made sure we had everything we needed. But...that was the only good part of the experience. First off the blooming onion was still soaked in grease. (I usually love that appetizer) Our steaks that we ordered should have came with a sodium reverse I pill, because the steaks were over seasoned to the extreme. My wife actually felt sick after just a few bites. Needless ti say, we were very unsatisfied! I will not be going back. I feel bad for the servers there because they live off of their tips and with a place running like that, (into the ground) because of whatever reason they might come up with. Those servers tips will be miniscule due to the FOOD, not their skills. You can be the best server in the world but if the food, environment, and love that goes into running a business is terrible-not there. Then their tips won't be there. So to the people running the Outback Steakhouse in Greenwood, you need to step it up or you will keep having people stepping out. Take charge and bring the life back into the restaurant.

  We had dinner fory daughters 10th birthday and this is her favorite place. They sang Happy Birthday to her and she was able to choose a FREE Desert which she got cheese cake and it was so delicious 😋🤤 thank you.

  Our server was Ricky and he was a very delightful young man. The food came out fast and hot. After watching the gentleman delivering the food interact with the customers I stopped him to let him know how impressed I am with him. He then introduced himself at the manager....Jason deserve his own store. As a server for 20 yrs at the same establishment I wish I had a manager like him. Good job to all.

  Went there for dinner, set the bar. Food was pretty good. Got dessert got home realized left dessert in the box as well as my reading glasses sitting at the bar called and ask about it. It’s been 15 minutes. They’ve thrown everything away. Including my reading glasses

  Miranda my waitress was awesome. My food was excellent. The manager Patrick greeted me at the door with a smile and seated me immediately. Another fantastic evening at outback. 😁
