The steak and lobster was okay on the steak but the lobster looked sickly. The coconut shrimp was actually bigger than the lobster tail. There was no real atmosphere it was kind of like eating in a strip mall. Everyone was sick the next day which sealed outback's fate with us.

This location is one of the worst Outbacks that we've been too. The spin dip app wasn't even warm and the cheese wasn't melted. The leaves in our salads were wilted and gross tomatoes. My wife got the ribeye and it was cooked ok but the quality of meat was terrible. So tough she didn't eat it. I got the prime rib and it was the fattyest one I've ever seen. 16oz but maybe only 6oz edible and it wasn't very good. They don't have horshradish to accompany the prime rib. I also tried the chili...it was full of grease from the meat. Overall we didn't eat much and then went somewhere else for dinner. The wait staff was standing around talking and could care less that the food was terrible. I doubt this location will be open much longer unless they make big changes.

Would give service 7 stars if I could. Larissa and Casey were both absolutely amazing. They did their job well. But they were also interactive, social, amusing, and just overall fun. On a busy saturday night. Not a slow Tuesday. These 2 girls will cause us to be here again soon.

Had to chance to meet 2 servers Larissa and Casey! These 2 girls were the best. I was in town for a convention and all the meals I went out to eat they were by far the best servers and gave the best service! They made dining there the best! They truly understand what their job is and making people feel great! If you dine there, tip them well! They are students and deserve it!

With Gen Con just around the corner, I am finding myself reflecting on my experience at this location last year. I must strongly encourage everyone coming in Indy to NOT EAT AT THIS RESTAURANT. My company attends Gen Con every year as a vendor. It is a tradition each year, for us to take our incredible crew out to a celebratory stake dinner, after a long five days of hard work. We chose this location to treat our crew of 17 people. Tear down was taking just a bit longer than we had anticipated, and we were dangerously close to this locations closing time, so I kept the few people I needed with me to finish the work and sent the majority on to be seated and placed orders with my credit card. The left behind crews orders were placed as well. All 17 crew members orders are in and paid for in full. The bill was easily over $1000. My crew and I finish the work and hit the road. I get a call from one of my leads asking how long am I going to be, because the manager of this location has come out to inform the party that if we don't make it by 9pm, they are going to lock the doors. I look at maps, and I am not going to make it by 9. Sure enough... we arive at 9:02. Doors are locked. The manager refused to let us in. The rest of the crew is seated and dinning and allowed to finish their meals, but not us. Our paid for orders were boxed up and sent with those inside. He wouldn't even give it to us in that moment. No. Our food was sent with the inside dinners to be delivered to us back at the hotel later in the evening. In my opinion, the manager was frustrated and angry that a party so large would come so close to closing. Despite the fact that this represented a huge earnings opportunity. The pettiness of expressing that frustration by refusing to let us in to celebrate with our fellows. Keep in mind. Everyone's food was fully paid for. Those of us outside went down the street to Texas Roadhouse. They took care of us. Final insult to ingury. I attempted to contact anyone in corporate or at the district manager level. I have sent emails and left messages, and to date, I have recived only one call from the manager at the south Indianapolis location. Apparently, my complaint was inaccuratly sent to her. She was so pleasant and I explained the whole situation. She promised me that this coming Gen Con, she would be delighted to have us, even knowing that we very likely will be arriving late. She promised they would stay open for us. I am so excited to give her a $1000+ order.
