  This store apparently follows the NEW McDonalds model for focusing on drive thru and ignoring dine-in customers. There is never anyone at the cash register inside the store so they have kiosk. No napkins in dine in area, no condiments and no fountain drink station. So you have to ask for everything including refills. Problem is every employee is hiding in the back area out of site of the dining area. Getting the attention of someone in the back area is troublesome. They will look at you but not stop cooking and preparing food for the drive thru customers. If you dine-in you are forgotten once they drop your tray of food. The dine-in experience in the NEW McDonalds model is horrible.

  This location's staff is rude, have zero customer service skills. They do not care. The last time I went I drove off when the person at the first window rolled their eyes at me when I asked if they could repeat my order. I knew they had it incorrect, so I wanted to double check and correct. I did go back once and the person at the food window handed it without a word. I know customer service over all has gone down hill but this location is something else.

  Waited 30 Minutes in the driveway just for my food to be wrong. How slow Could you physically and mentally possibly be?

  The male manager with the man bun is honestly probably the best manager there I asked his name but I forgot it not only did he bring the food to us but he also laughed and joked with us we come here often literally almost everyday he asked us our names and said he would try to remember it for next time what a great guy!
