  The frys are always cold. You ask for just a refund and they agree and then they want you to bring all the food back even if you can't return till 4:30 the next day. The GM Heather wants to be slick and nasty with customers that's fine. I'll get my money back.

  Seems like they stopped putting effort into the mcchickens. It’s always dry with old lettuce.

  Can’t understand simple instructions when they were the ones who asked me what I ordered and sent me to the next window!! Terrible!!

  Did a mobile order show up and they turned off curb side. I have a broken leg and can't walk very good. So keep my money and order. Im not wanting in the drive thru. Also learn how to answer the phone

  I was excited when a McDonald’s opened up right down the road from my house. It has been less than a disappointment. They are *consistently* the slowest fast food experience I’ve ever encountered. It’s even worse that I use the app to order ahead. There could be no one in line, I ordered 15 minutes prior, and still have to wait in one of the parking spaces for 10-15 minutes. I thought the point of the app was to not do that. I hate it when they make me park away from the window, because then when they finally bring the food, it is wrong 8/10 times. They don’t hang around to make sure it’s right, they hand it and leave and then I have to go in to figure it out, which is also hard to do since they’d rather you use a kiosk than talk to you. This is the first review I’ve ever left on anything. They are just that terrible. I’m sitting in the drive thru right now. Would’ve walked in but I got locked in by other cars. I have had time to watch two episodes of a show over 20 minutes each and just passed the speaker box. They’re awful. I’m never coming here again. Worst fast food experience of my entire life. Not exaggerating.
