  The schedule says until 1:00 am and it’s 11:00 pm and the drive-thru guy simply signals you that they are not attending like whatttt ???

  I waited more than 15 minutes just for three medium coffees. They told me the coffee machine is slow and they don’t have workers. The customer service lady proceeded to tell me if I want my money back if I don’t want to wait. After that I told her that I was going to call the owner she started screaming at me challenging me to call the owner in a very disrespectful way. There was also a man next to me that waited 10 minutes for an iced tea and he went up to the kitchen and told them himself. Please don’t go here it’s really bad.

  been here many times as it’s “convenient” for where I am located. Total BS, sometimes I have been the only one in line and had to pull up to the next window for a 3 item order even after placing my order in advance. I genuinely don’t know how they could possibly take this amount of time for an order, I worked in food for a combined 3 years and am completely astonished that the workers here could be so incompetent to not be able to complete a $12 order within 15 minutes.
