  Mass my order up doors are lock already cannot go inside and it’s a line in the drive through been sitting in line for 20 all bc they mess my order up

  Arrived after 6 am. and the dining room was not open and I was told by one staff member that the store could not open until remaining late staff got there, even though the time for opening was listed at 6 am.

  Walk in doors were still locked almost an hour and a half after they were supposed to be opened for Saturday morning breakfast. Waited at door while being obviously ignored by many employees wandering around. When I was finally let in I continued being ignored by management and staff even after being clearly vocal about needing service to which I assumed was because the all Hispanic staff may not have understood English. While waiting and being watched but ignored by staff I noticed the middle aged female manager being touched and grabbed flirtatiously by another male manager. When I got her attention and asked her why the doors were locked an hour and a half after opening time and why I was being ignored, she got mad, said something in Spanish and continued to ignore me. I drove a few miles out of my way to come to this location because I usually get good service at this location. While waiting to get in I googled their reviews and noticed this kind of behaviour and terrible service had recently become common for this location. I'm done with McDonalds. Unhealthy, over priced, and you're lucky when you get good service. There are too many other places with better food and service to continue taking a chance and wasting valuable time with this franchise. Why owners of these places allow this sort of behaviour doesn't make sense. They must not read the reviews or losing money just isn't that big of a deal to them. Uncaring AI generated responses to these reviews are just an insult to customers.

  Went to this McDonald's and had a good time. Food took a little long, but it was dinner rush in the drive-thru and when I did get it it was all hot and fresh. The employees seemed happy and having a fun work environment. Good vibes.
