  McDonald's isn't what it used to be when I was coming up. The quality of the food isn't that great & for it to be fast food its not that fast. When I went there, there was probably 5 or 6 cars in the drive thru including myself & out of the 5 or 6 cars 3 of us had to pull up & wait for our food. One guy had been waiting at least 10 mins. & actually had to go inside to get his food. I waited a little over 7 mins & I know it was 7 because I looked at the clock when I was told to pull up & they would bring the food out to me. I thought to myself well at least it'll be hot & it was NOT it was just warm but not at a fresh temperature & definitely not worthy of me having to pull up & wait.

  My partner and I had a rough night last night so I figured I'd order some mcdonalds for us (I work from home). They completely forgot her half of the order even though it's on the receipt and didn't include a straw for her drink. I gave her my food so she'd have something, but the goal was to share a breakfast, and I can't even re-order what I got because mcdonalds closes their breakfast menu around 10:30 (usually 10:10 in my experience). I already got my 1-to-1 refund on only the missing items, but that's just "even." If I ordered again, I'd be paying new service and delivery fees, meaning that they messed up and I have to pay extra for that if I still want to eat.

  Order accuracy is sub-50% even when using the mobile app to place orders. It's a McDonald's you get what you expect but the service is very questionable throughout the day.
