  Ordered at the kiosk for eating in, it took 20 minutes with an empty lobby, the employee was too busy messing around with family they had visiting. When I got my food the drink wasn't filled (they're lazy) and I had no straw. For some reason they keep the straws at the front counter and the lids by the drink machine. Why make customers get a table tent and bring their food out if I have to immediately get up and go to the drink machine, look around for a minute like I'm on a scavenger hunt and locate the straws, then get back to my food. McDonald's can't figure out how to serve customers it's absolutely ridiculous.

  This is my local mc donalds and I usually don’t have any issues here except for today around 345pm. My friends and I order our food at the kiosk for dine in.. we get our food- no crazy wait or anything but my drink came really messy (the new sprite drink) so i go up to the desk and the sweet employee has it remade- but i hear this obnoxious mouth “what’s wrong w it” and some other muffled nonsense which is rude! And then!! im waiting for it to be remade I hear the same voice talking loudly with an egotistical attitude about a guest who was “petty” “rude” for wanting a specific tea in the drive thru and she says “im gonna make her wait for this tea, being all petty” as the other employees are like just give her the tea, dont have to wait on tea. and continues to talk bad about the guest. There’s a lobby full of guest that can hear her loud mouth. Her name is Kaylee J. I confronted the shift manager and he said “I tried to tell her.” I go back to my seat and eat my food- and we can hear her LOUD mouth from the front corner booths all the way from the kitchen.

  Last two times i paid EXTRA for crushed oreo in my frappe and didn’t get ANYTHING.

  I have been, surprisingly, pleasantly satisfied with the food and service I received at this location. Most of the time when I eat at any McDonald's, I already know up front that the food will likely be unsatisfying in some way.... However, I have eaten at this location twice now, and both times the food has been perfect! The fries were cooked perfectly, they were hot, crispy, and just the right amount of salt. Both the fries and nuggets seemed to be cooked in fresh oil, and it was all really good and fresh!
