- LLLauraMay 7, 20261.0This morning is the second time I've been asked to pull over for a non- customized item. And for the second time I had to go in to get my coffee after 5 minutes. The coffee was burnt, my food was cold after waiting for a coffee I couldn't drink. I will no longer be stopping at this location. I'd rather eat BK than give them another chance. This was once a quick paced restaurant that provided decent food.

- HJHannah JaggardApr 15, 20261.0The kiosks never work, so I tried to stand at the register. People walked by and ignored me. Avoiding eye contact so they wouldn’t have to take my order. There were three clearly management employees sitting in the dining room. No one paid any attention. I eventually gave up after waiting for 5 min plus and used the kiosk, which of course didn’t work and didn’t give me the option to have hamburgers with cheese for my happy meals. I had to little follow someone and corner them before they walked by me again to get them to help me. I don’t expect much from McDonald’s, but this was just really dumb and a waste of my time. If the kids didn’t want it so bad I would have walked out.
