    Placed an online mobile order for the drive-thru, get there, wait in the line for almost 10 minutes, one car moved. Slower than snails at this location, I left and I won't be coming back.

    The staff member who assisted me at the drive thru this evening was completely out of line. To be cussed out over ice cream is crazy to me! All I asked is how to get a refund back, since their online app let me order it but when I arrive to get it they state there is something wrong with their machine and slam the window in my face. So I sit and wait thinking she was getting a receipt to show my refund. She comes back to the window asking what the hell I was waiting on. This employee should not work in customer service.

    This is one of the worst Mcdonalds I have ever been to. There appears to be no management. Employees do as they wish, for a while the employees were closing the restaurant early. Sometimes the lights on the parking lot are turned off to deter customers from stopping. Food is generally just thrown together. The drive through screen has been out on the outside lane for years, They added a second lane few years back and the screen was out on the main lane back then. I thought, oh this is why they hadn't fixed it because they were doing a rehab of the property. Nope they just moved the bad screen to the outside lane. Whoever owns this location clearly doesn't care about it. If I was corporate I would yank their franchise license.

    I have been to this McDonald's many times. They have hardly ever gotten my order right. The workers need to take their time, lock in, and get the order right. I have also tried to get a refund on my points when I use a reward, and they refuse to refund. Never go to this McDonald's. THEY SUCK!!!!!!!!!!

    Crazy to think that I have to put in my own order, but I pay more now than I ever have. You would think that with the implementation of self serve kiosks and AI that general product pricing would decrease. You’re saving money and wages. We should save money on food.
