  Horrible experience I asked for well done fries as special order to make sure I got hot fries and the male employee at the drive thru gave me cold dried out fries. I said these are not hot fries the guy at the window said they aren't cold and I said then you eat them and make me some hot fries he was so Rude and arguing with me then he said pull up to next window real rude and they never ca.w with Hot fries so I ended up having to go in and get the fries after waiting over 7 minutes. I was so upset, as I was waiting so were my now cold sandwiches. Not like the old days where restaurants cared about the people they hired and the food they served. What happened to the days the customer is treated with respect! Not going to this McDonald's again 😡

  They no longer have ketchup Inside have to get back in line ask for some while food gets cold

  Black girl at front is ride and unprofessional she squished my food In her hands and laughed when I asked her to remake it

  Waited 15 minutes for 3 cookies and a frappe the cookies were squished the people don’t even say your welcome had to go inside and get them to correct my food how do you mess up 3 cookies get a new job if you hate it that much

  They hang up on you when you call in to tell them that you didn't get the food you paid for. Told us to pull up and wait on our chicken nuggets. Didn't get any nuggets. Got home and called them, told them about the issue and they hung up. Called back, they just keep hanging up. There is no human decency anymore. This is theft. They stole my money. Period.
