    Customer service is hit or miss so it feels like your have to have your defense up for the "miss" days. The employees seem to be much friendlier than managers. Really just wanted to make this post because their store hours are different everywhere you look. I've seen 3 different close times. Google says they close at 3am so I take a few extra minutes getting there by stopping to get gas. I get there at 1:59am and I'm told they're closed and they close at 2. I couldn't even be upset. Lol.... story of my life. At least the person responded to tell me, to their credit (I guess).

    Customer service is DEAD! If you go in you have to order off the kiosks. That's ok really, Burger Kings food is better anyways.

    Visited today and had a very frustrating experience. I ordered a double burger with 2 added patties — a simple request that apparently required 3 employees to figure out. The significant language barrier made it nearly impossible to communicate my order clearly, as none of the staff I interacted with appeared to speak or understand English. My order still came out wrong and had to be remade. When you're serving English-speaking customers, having staff who can communicate effectively in English should be a basic requirement. Very disappointing experience overall.

    To the owner of this McDonald's, Reginald. I have had it with MarySol and Maria. I am the lady that ordered the caramel frappe and all I wanted was the leftover. You swooped in like my hero and made her go back and make the frappe that I asked for. <3 To elaborate, when I order a frappe, I prefer it to be thick with a lot of crushed ice. I also order 2 shots of espresso to go in it *every single time*. The extra ice is why it creates leftover frappe. I want the leftover because I don't want to see part of the TWO SHOTS OF EXPRESSO that I ordered poured down the sink. A manager at a different McDonald's suggested putting the whole thing in a large coke cup rather than two cups. Levi who works at your McDonald's does that just fine and I appreciate him. Marysol STILL won't do it, neither will Maria. She will NOT come to the counter when I come in. I want you to also know that Marysol LIED in your face the day you got on her about giving me my leftover frappe. She told you "I tried to explain to her that if she does it everyone will want their frappe in a large Coke cup". That is a lie. She not only didn't explain that to me, she avoided me like the plague. She sent an employee out to the register to say she was in a meeting when in fact she was not. She walked out 30 seconds later, so she made her employee lie and he was embarrassed when she walked out. I have tried two more times since and she will not come out and she will not allow me to have my leftover frappe. She is only nice to me when you are there. I don't appreciate her lying to you about me. To be clear: I don't care if it comes in 1 big cup or 10 small cups, I just want the leftover that has my espresso that I paid for. I have been coming to this location for 5 years and it's disheartening. I feel so uncomfortable to ask for what I paid for that I just mostly get a senior coffee now or drive further to get what I ordered.

    Hopefully someone in management sees this review. I was in the drive thru this evening (4/23) around 10pm. There was a lady in a red pickup truck just being overtly racist to the staff. Despite the awfulness thrown at whoever was working the drive thru, the employee maintained a level head and treated that horrid person with more respect than they frankly deserved. I asked her (in a manner and tone fitting for her character) to remove herself from the line to keep it moving. She just started hurling homophobic insults out directed at the me before saying she would be calling corporate to complain as she drove off. It would be a shame if an employee were reprimanded or terminated for the lies of someone that is incapable of treating others with anything but vitriol.
