  my bacon was slimy and RAW. and my cheese was just mush. almost like a sauce texture. i thought they would be better than the one on sherman. i thought wrong. never again.

  this mcd’s straight sucks. NONE of them can do their jobs. the amount of times that i’ve had to call or go back bc they screwed up is unreal. they’re rude as crap and just don’t know how to be in customer service. y’all need to change this store around. i’m shocked it still gets business

  Dont go, 10 cars around me got their food first after I ordered on the mobile app ahead of time. Took 25 mins to get two mcchickens.

  Everytime I try to give this McDonalds another chance they make me remember why I don’t come here although it’s 5 mins from my house, I literally drive to Sherman or Southport to avoid this location! Waited 30 mins on my food today and literally none of it was fresh so what did I even wait for!? I will not even attempt another chance at this place!

  Not giving our breakfast order FIVE minutes after breakfast ends when the order was placed thru the app before breakfast ends is ridiculous. You should still have to make all mobile orders that had breakfast before it switches to the dinner menu. Not making it til I arrive isn’t an excuse or reason, because at that point I’d just order at the window not on the app. And not offering to give us anything else matching the price I spent is ridiculous. Left with no food and a refund that will be back in 2 days? What if that was my last money for food. Now I left with no food and no money and the employees wanna laugh like it’s funny. It’s not.
