  The person taking the money has the personality of a rock. I think she was a manager because she was wearing a blue shirt. The girl at the other window was great

  Horrible! My entire meal was wrong, including the drink. The only thing correct was my sauce.

  Online ordering seems pointless when it often takes longer for basic items. Waited in curbside for almost 10 minutes. Had to go in and get my order myself too. Was told the reason why it took so long was that the worker “wasn’t told my order was ready”. Pleaseeee do better

  I’ve been coming to this location for years and I do it mainly because of the convenient location near my house as I’m sure everyone does. However, I just wanna say that I know enjoy coming here because of the young man they’ve recently hired name, Nate or Nathan, but he goes by Nate and he is so sweet so caring and really is verymotivated about his job which makes the entire experience. Absolutely amazing! I know that’s a lot to say for a fast food restaurant, but I’m just saying nowadays to find someone who enjoys their job enough to pass that positivity onto you is a great feeling.

  Came through with two different orders took over 30 minutes to get both orders after we get home there is extra onions on both sandwiches so I pick them off because I just work 10 hours my second order the fries we’re cold my nuggets were cold so now I am upset because I just wanted to eat so I call the store at the beginning she said that I could just come back around just bring the food back I said I have to bring it back she said yes because of something to do with food waste cost or something like that I said I have to bring it back that has never happened she said that is policy I said well I can’t because I ate the burger and she goes so what you want us to remake it I said no I wanted to see if there was some way to get a refund or something she get rude so I asked for a manager and she goes well actually I am the manager and what do you expect for us to remake what you ate and just keep going on never have problems here but tonight was terrible 30 minutes for 3 Burgers cold fries and some burnt nuggets and rude customer service from a manager
