  Staff not very good at communicating. At the first window all the girl said was "pull up" so I did then she hollers out "I said pull up to 1" but I was already at the first window so I said "you said pull up where?" And she dipped back into the window. Apparently I was supposed to know that meant the parking spot marked 1 with no further instruction. I dont go to McDonalds very often and this really helped cement that decision.

  I paid over $4.00 for a bacon cheeseburger, look like they unwrapped a cold Cheeseburger and added 2 strips of cold bacon to an existing sandwich.The sandwich was disarray like they just threw it together catshup was all over the yellow paper and got on my hands as I attempted to eat it.The staff was friendly and helpful service was good, food was awful .

  The worst. Gave me rock hard biscuits. I asked for a fresh one. They made me wait a long time, forgot about me, then handed me the same food.

  Long wait times rude workers. My food was marked ready for pickup and it took 18 mins to get a single person to acknowledge me. And yes it was sitting on the table behind the counter the entire time I stood there it was not being prepared.

  This is by far the worst mcdonald's in the city of indianapolis. The food quality is low. The wait times are tremendous, a if you order from the drive through. You always have to put forward or go to a curbside pickup spot to wait a long time on your food.
