    Horrible experience! This location needs to shut down after 12am. It says 24hrs but when I show up after waiting 30min on the speaker with no response, I made my order on the app and I go up to the window and was told we’re closed due to low staff and manager leaving.I don’t know if this review will get anywhere but it’s better to speak out then stay quiet. Stay away from this location.

    Unfortunately I’ve finally got to the point where I’m leaving a review. Idk what it is with the AM team around 12pm. There is always errors in the orders whether it’s one item or multiple it ADDS UP. When I request for customizations and order ahead, I hope that my orders come in correctly. I understand errors happen but EVERYTIME I GO BACK there is errors. This time I customized a spicy chicken deluxe with extra pickles and an extra chicken patty and got another regular deluxe with Xtra mayo so another order got my sandwich. I know $2 dollar customization isn’t much but over time those little thing adds ups. In my photos you can clearly see the order number isn’t the one that’s on my receipt. I don’t feel like I need to sit everytime and go through opening all my boxes in my order to make sure I got EVERYTHING down to the right sauce and spice. This happens every time. On the other hand everyone always get pushed to park, that’s the only thing I can give them is their employees were kind atleast the ones I interacted with and for the first time in awhile I didn’t wait long but to the unfortunate didn’t get my correct sandwich again.

    ​Terrible service! Second time here for an Uber Eats pickup, and the staff are extremely lazy and slow. Huge delays for no reason and zero professionalism. Fix your service!

    First thing first last time I'll ever go to this place! Every time I go to get my kid a cheese burger happy meal I get told to pull up! And if u go in the communication is very poor! This place needs fixed

    I ordered 3 PLAIN cheese burgers with 3 sides of Big Mac sauce so i paid an extra $1 in this economy and yall barley put any in the cup and take an extra step and tell me they are at the bottom of the bag below the fries. Look in the picture what i received for an extra $1 all 3 cups were filled like that, when I ordered PLAIN cheese burgers and your petty and do that but when I ask for extra sauce on a Big Mac and yall DROWN it.Yes I wrote all this out for my Mac sauce it is that serious. You pay an extra 30 cents for sides of sauce and you get attitude and employees being petty and putting it clear on the bottom. Its fine ill sit in the line and check everything over and make sure everything is how it should be next time. And I'll keep scanning the QR codes at the bottom of the receipt and share my experience EVERYTIME. This review may only be once but the receipt is everytime. Have the day you deserve after giving me some dry burgers with no sauce.
