  I went through the line last night, 05/17/26 at 9:19 pm to pick up my food that I ordered online. As soon as I got to the cashier window, a white male with a beanie on asked me if some other persons order was mine and I accidentally autopiloted and said yes, just because i was expecting him to say my order. But I corrected myself and said my name for the order and that I ordered online and he got extremely rude and told me “what does that have to do with anything” and was making many snide remarks. I will not be coming back. Very very unprofessional customer service. He gave me an anxiety attack because I’ve never been treated like that by an employee. He was looking to argue instead of just giving me my receipt.

  I was a bit let down by my visit to this location because the service was much slower than I expected for a quick stop. I used the kiosk to order, but I still ended up waiting nearly fifteen minutes for a simple meal while several people behind me got their bags first. When the food did arrive, the burger was put together pretty sloppily and the fries were lukewarm and lacked salt. The lobby was also quite crowded and many of the trash cans were overflowing, which made the whole place feel a bit unkept. While it’s a convenient spot right off the main road, the lack of speed and cleanliness made it a frustrating experience this time around.

  Terrible location with rude argumentative staff. Go to a different location. This one has had issues for years. But is now the worst it’s ever been.

  My wife and I stopped by this location for dinner before going to the drive in. We decided to do curbside pickup because we were going to take our food with us to the drive in. We waited 25 minutes in our curbside spot, and we did not receive our food until I physically went inside the store to retrieve it. My order wasn’t anywhere on any of their screens, but when someone finally acknowledged me (I had to call out to them because they ignored me) I was handed my bag of food and empty cups (they didn’t even have my drinks ready, I had to get them). The only reason I’m leaving 2 stars and not one is because by some miracle the food was actually pretty good. The crew and management definitely need a tune up; two burgers, an order of fries, and a drink should not take nearly a half hour to make it to my car.

  No customer service or consideration. Evsryone seemed like they dont want to be there and wouldnt help order.
