When I brought it back, I was given a cash refund rather than money back on the card. Insanely ridiculous process and a massive waste of my time to get a refund for something that wasn’t my fault.

Proceeded to get yelled at because we had ordered our food and it "Was against Policy for us to get food while dashing." So we pulled up paid for our food, then got yelled at again. We proceeded to go around a second time wasn't answered properly, then told to pull up was handed a bag that wasn't ours nor the doordash. To which I got out and walked up to the window because at that point the people inside were getting on our nerves and we just wanted to finish our night on a good note. But this experience was the worst at any McDonald's I have been to. I will be calling corporate and will not be coming back to this McDonald's ever again due to the experience we had tonight.
