  Do not order here. Do not DoorDash from here. The staff is very rude. The manager with the 999 on his beck is the worst of the all. The managers r awful at their job. They like to hand out nasty old food and hand you the wrong food. They r gross and nasty in here. This place needs shut down and completely new staff. This place is always filthy. The bathroom has Uriah all over the floor. This place is very nasty.dont come here you will be here for ever they r slow to give you tood. They will give u nasty wrong food after waiting forever.

  When I go to McDonald’s drive through I expect to order my food, pay for it and get it handed to me in the drive through window. NOT have to pull in to a parking spot and wait another 10-15 minutes. If I wanted that type of service, I would’ve went to Culver’s or Steak ‘n Shake. Two cheeseburgers and a fry should not constitute me waiting in a parking space for them to bring me my food! It seems like every time I go through the drive-through here this is what happens… third time is a charm! I won’t be back!!

  Will never come here again. Took me 40 minutes to get a cup of coffee that was undrinkable, and cost me over five dollars. Yes, it was a rough day, and all I wanted was to brighten my atrocious day with a much needed cuppa. I don't have a lot of disposable income, so it's rare that I get a chance to do it. The staff was hostile, inattentive, and made me feel like I was in the wrong. A mobile order, 20 minute drive thru wait, and a 20 minute inside the restaurant wait, and it was completely undrinkable. Utterly, completely undrinkable. On my life I was not rude, uncivil, or remotely unfriendly. I felt like I was bullied. That kind of experience will have me never deal with this particular restaurant ever again. Not even if I were famished. This was unforgivable.

  OK -- I have been coming to this McDonald's for 5 yrs now. Today was the last straw. I ordered 2 lrg diet cokes w/extra ice and a ice vanilla latte. NO ONE WAS IN LINE -- just me. I waited at the window for 7+ mins(according to their little TV). A manager was walking back and forth -- not helping me. The lady that is normally there is at the inside counter. The Manager is still walking back and forth. I grabbed my umbrella and started banging on the window. She was just right there to the right talking to a maintenance man. So I banged AGAIN! Here she comes like she is clueless. I asked her why the hell is she not helping out when the line is building. She just looked at me. This is absolutely infuriating. We stop by on THE WAY TO WORK. We cannot wait forever on "fast food" & horrible customer service. They don't care -- but today was my last visit.

  I come to this mickey ds ALOT in the past few days i have been there people have been complaining about food missing or not bwing right and also rhe wait times are unreal it's like 20 to 30 mins after your order on the kiosk today i went and my chicken snack wrap was hard and rubbery and i tried the nee dirty dr.pepper it was gross i don't recommend it at all the employees are great however there are alot of unhoused people in here especially when its cold or hot outside makes it quite uncomfortable to est and enjoy a meal alone the foos is hit or miss most times buns are stale they are stingy with the big mac sauce and also the mr arch was gross and barely had a hamburger patty on it like it was missing a whole patty still waiting pn a refund on that we will see
