Genuinely have never had a worse experience at a McDonalds than I did tuesday morning. I ordered online and I will say that this location is usually pretty slow, especially in the mornings, but I left about 20 extra minutes for myself if it did take longer than normal. I arrived at 6:45 and noticed the drive through line was egregiously long, no problem, I just changed the location of my pickup to be inside at the counter. I went inside and immediately got the impression that I would probably be waiting for a few minutes. There were 4 other customers already inside either waiting for food or waiting to make an order as only one kiosk was working. After waiting for about 10 minutes without anyone receiving food or an employee coming up to the counter at all one employee briefly let everyone know that they would need to use the kiosk instead of order at the counter with cash since he was the only one working. Now I completely understand being understaffed and being the only person available to do four different jobs at once, so I had no problem with this and stood to the side to wait. At least 5 more customers walked in and about half of them ended up leaving since no one was giving food or taking orders. After about 10 more minutes people became more exasperated with the service and began calling back to the employees asking for their food. Mostly they were ignored but a few gentlemen who asked continuously did end up receiving food a few minutes later. I was hopeful that since I had not only placed my order so long ago and that I had now been there for 20 minutes that surely my food would come out soon. Once everyone who had basically forced (with good reason) an employee to come help them had gotten their food I took the opportunity to ask the employees that were closer to the counter if my food was almost ready. I was completely ignored but I understand that it can be hectic navigating rush hour during breakfast. I asked again as a last resort since I was already going to be late for work, but I had already paid and the app wouldn't let me cancel the order anymore of course. I asked both workers who were directly in front of me and not talking to anyone else and they did not even acknowledge that I was speaking. This finally made me give up and go outside to my car as I realized they had given people whose numbers were way after mine their food and refused to listen to me. Now usually I don't mind sitting and waiting but I had an hour to drive and I was already going to be 10 minutes late to work. I noticed the drive through line was now open so figured as a last resort I could at least go up the speaker and ask since that would actually force someone to listen and talk to me. And of course, when I pulled up the man at the speaker told me that the drive-through was closed and that I could "go inside if I wanted." I hate to be this person because I never want to disrespect service workers but if the drive through was closed HOW was there also no efficiency on the inside of the restaurant. I understand being short staffed but when literally no customers are receiving service, I start to lose my mind a little. Also, I forgot to mention the employee told another employee that they had stopped doing curbside pickup as well, so truly no one could get food or service. Overall, this left a terrible taste in my mouth and made my long drive feel even longer. I think my biggest gripe is the fact that even though I was kind and understanding and never rushed or got upset with the employees I still never received my food. While the other customers who got fed up and demanded to be served actually got the food they paid for, I had to leave after waiting almost 30 minutes. I will give props to the very sweet customer who helped an older man use the kiosk since no employees would let him order at the counter with cash. Posting this now because I went again today and everything inside was still slow and not working and the drive through is still down. Whoever is managing this location needs to be fired.

One of the worst McDonald's location I've kept ordering from. They do not not how to use salt on the fries ever. Always tastes like burnt potatoes. Usually never get my order correct, I either get someone else's food entirely or they forget an item.

Ordered curbside, after 30 minutes no one ever came out. We went in to be helpful since we assumed they may be overwhelmed at breakfast. Waited for another 30-40mins while front counter employees scrambled, extremely confused. When we did receive our order it was missing both of my husband's sandwiches, my oatmeal toppings, and our condiments/utensils so we spoke up. They handed us back the wrong sandwiches after several more minutes of confusion and didn't correct the other items. Upon arriving home we were missing all of our condiments ordered and my sandwich had only a single piece of ham, nothing else on it. Not what I ordered. The wait is long, half or more of your order will not arrive, and it's impossible to get it fixed since there is almost no one attending the swarmed counter. There was one very nice young lady holding things together but she couldn't keep up with everyone. Something is going very wrong here and it's on the company. When there is 5-6 different ways to place an order staff can't keep them organized or keep up. They have also moved all utensils, drinks, and condiments behind the counter leaving the staff responsible for remembering all of them which seems impossible. When someone asks for something there is no one available to grab it. The sad part is I don't even blame the staff. They have delivery, pickup, drive thru, kiosk, counter, and curbside orders coming in. I could see the kitchen staff busting their butts to get everything made. McDonald's is where you go to get a very frustrating experience these days... Staff cannot keep up with the demand. Do better McDonald's!

This location deserves -100 stars. Customer service is nonexistent. The staff is not professional, nor are they attentive. I placed an order this morning via the mobile app. The staff seem paralyzed to take care of customers when their system went down this morning. I asked to speak with a manager since several of us in line had placed mobile orders, and he never came out when he finally did come to the food service area. He said he was the only one if they can’t wait just get a refund extremely rude and unprofessional. He should not be in management.

I have given this location a couple chances but they are really bad. They have been absolutely slow every time I've come. Just recently, I waited 30 minutes... only for someone (white young lady with a green shirt, sorry I couldn't get her name) asked my order.. only for it to be sitting off to the side somewhere the entire time I waited. I will no longer be coming here.
