  I don't understand how many times I can order a filet of fish sandwich throughout the years, and every single time, the bun comes toasted instead of steamed. I have to stop coming to this location!

  The young woman named Theresa i want to give her a big shot out . She had her gloves on while handling the food and was very friwndly.

  Drive-thru is always backed up I've been sitting in it for 12 minutes the food's not right they're not polite they need to get decent help to where they can get us in and out. And I'm not even got to the speakers yet and still several cars in front of me.

  This has been the WORST experience I've ever had. The staff received me as if she wanted to get it over with (which is understandable since this type of job is usually hectic), but when I got to the drinks and napkins...I was BAFFLED. They had to give it to you. The ceiling is disgusting with a stain, a mop was right on the floor near a customer's table, not standing but laying right on the ground, a kid almost tripped on it, every single table had trash on it, I had to wait almost 15 minutes for the key to use the restroom and when I finally did, i saw the first broken door...I regretted my decision right away, the toilets smelled bad, water on the floor(I told myself it was so I could cope with my disgust), toilet paper and the trash can too filled. Now, I'm from Peru and not the type to complain about every little thing BUT, this one was the most abhorrent utterly vile thing I've ever seen, and i drove an hour and 20 minutes to go to the Riley's hospital with my kids, they love McDonald's, but within 15 minutes of being inside this despicable place, my 9 year old daughter looked at me and said "Mommy, Ummmm NO, let's get the heck out of this dump". And the sad part was that everyone was sitting there comfortably as if it was a normal thing, even a manager. Ugh, never again🤢🤮
