    You all love inconveniencing people I don’t understand how hard it is to get an order, correct let alone have a friendly experience at the window. I asked for no lettuce. It’s clearly on my receipt and on the order Food item as well. I do not even have time to come back. It may be small to you, but this is not small to a customer. It’s not hard to get a an order correct, it’s not hard to pay attention. I said two spicy snack wraps, no lettuce and this is what I get. I checked one wrap and figure since that one was OK The other one was as well. I was clearly wrong

    I went to this McDonalds twice last week. The first was to get some a small dinner. The drive-through was not very busy. They have three electronic billboards or menu's along the drive through. The first has been broken for years. The second one has been iffy. Sometimes works sometimes doesn't. Sometimes it has lines through it, making it illegible. The third one, just before you get to the person at the drive through, usually works. Of course, this makes it difficult to see if there's any specials, what is on the menu, if are any new items available, and the cost.(I'm not paticular about calories, there's are many in McDonald's food) but, if you were, they would be on the electronic displays. The first visit about 1½ weeks ago, maybe June 1, 2026, the first and second displays were completely out of order. Black. The third was illegible, with long black streaks, going through half of it, and the other half flickering. This make it impossible to see the prices, or if there's any specials being advertised. I was hoping to find a special, but the $5 or $6 meals came with a fountain drink. I wanted a milkshake instead of the pop. I asked the order taker if I could substitute a milkshake for the pop-at an extra charge. He did not seem to understand. I tried to further explain, but no success. So I just ordered 2 McDoubles, and the milkshake. The price was over nine dollars. Not a bargain, though I was hungry and wanted the milkshake, so it was mine. My second trip last week I just wanted a milkshake. There were probably seven cars waiting in the drive-through. No doubt complicated by the lack of signage. I decided I would just go in and get my milkshake. I went in and an employee, thankfully, broke from the cluster near the drive through delivery area. I asked for a chocolate milkshake, medium. He said they're ice cream machine was down. I politely suggested to him that their ice cream machine does seem to have frequent outages. He agreed and explained that, due to the heat, the ice cream machine tends to malfunction. I mentioned, and he agreed, warm weather is an unfortunate time to have their ice cream machine out of order.
