  It's the first time I've been there and I ordered the 8 oz filet mignon it was cooked perfectly but I have to say the taste was not the greatest I've had better tasting fillet at either Texas Roadhouse are Aspen grill. It wasn't a bad taste it just wasn't as good as these other two places I mentioned a little bit disappointed. Otherwise everything else I received was pretty good my mashed potatoes although we're barely warm kind of cold although they were tasting great

  Jaime was a fantastic server. Food and mocktails were great. Our reservation was at 6 pm and Jaime had asked if we had time restrictions (which we did as we were going to Garth Brooks concert). We were able to walk to venue (Gainsbridge Fieldhouse) and were there by 7:15 pm. The timing was perfect!

  Sat at the bar and the service was good. Didn’t have to ask for another drink, they were on top of it. Food was good, not great but very convenient if you don’t want to leave the hotel. Many options within blocks.

  McCormick & Schmick’s did NOT disappoint. 🤌🏾 — We started with the calamari tossed in an Asian-inspired sauce, and this might have been my favorite surprise of the night. Crispy, flavorful, a little sweet with the perfect kick — and that sauce took it to another level. Definitely not your basic calamari!!! — Then came Johnny Shuck’s Oysters — fresh, chilled, and exactly how oysters should be served🤤🤤😍😍‼️ — A little squeeze of lemon and they were ALL gone QUICK😂 — But the star of the show? The crab & shrimp stuffed salmon. 😮‍💨 — The salmon was tender and perfectly cooked, but that creamy seafood stuffing on top?! Rich, savory, and loaded with flavor. Add the mashed potatoes, broccolini, and that buttery sauce underneath and there was really nothing left to say except… CLEAN PLATE. — Everything felt fresh, flavorful, and worth ordering again. If you’re a seafood lover, McCormick & Schmick’s needs to be on your list. — • Would I go back? Absolutely. • Would I order that stuffed salmon again? Without hesitation. • Would I tell you to get the calamari for the table? YES — and don’t expect me to share too much. — 10/10 seafood night. 🦪✨

  We came to McCormick and Schmicks after a bad experience at Oceanaire Seafood Room. It was my birthday and my husband wanted me to have a perfect night, Oceanaire did not rise to the occasion and everything was pretty horrible. When we arrived at McCormick and Schmicks, they greeted us with understanding and they went out of their way to make sure I had a great birthday. Duane our server, was the best ever (and we eat at nice restaurants downtown Indy all the time). Duane was so knowledgeable, friendly, prompt and overall terrific! General Manager Oren, went above and beyond to make us feel like we were the only people in the restaurant! He knows how to run a restaurant and creates an atmosphere between his staff and guests that makes it feel like everyone is family. Other GM’s should come and observe Oren because he knows how to do it the right way. We will ask for Duane when we come back and hopefully neither of them will ever leave the Indy location! Thanks guys! And the desert was fabulous!
