  The fooooood?! My goodness. 😮‍💨🔥 Kountry Kitchen did NOT disappoint! — First of all, come hungry because the portions are giving “we’re going to make sure you’re FED.” And judging by how little we left on these plates…that mission was accomplished. 😂 — I went with the combo meal with fried chicken wings AND fried catfish, with fried okra and cabbage on the side — and whew! — DELICIOUSSSSS. The chicken was crispy and seasoned, the catfish had that perfect golden coating, and the sides tasted like somebody in the kitchen actually cares about you. 😂 The okra especially? I could’ve easily ordered another serving. — We also tried the oxtails, and one thing I’ll mention: if you’re used to Caribbean-style oxtails, these are definitely different. Don’t go in expecting the same flavor profile. BUT they were still incredibly tender, moist, flavorful, and practically falling apart. Paired with the sides and that cornbread?! 🤌🏾 — And the experience goes beyond the food! The building itself is SO cute, and I loved seeing the murals featuring famous people from the area and notable people who have visited. It gives the restaurant so much personality and makes it feel like you’re stepping into a little piece of local history while getting a plate of good ol’ comfort food. — Final verdict: Come hungry. Wear something with a little stretch. And don’t expect to leave much on the plate. 😂👏🏾 — Kountry Kitchen, you have a fan over here! 10/10 would absolutely run this meal back.

  First time me and Hubby went since they moved to their new place went to get Sunday dinner didn't dine it got take out everything was absolutely delicious 😋 the customer service was nice to didn't take any pictures but we will be returning to dine in 😉go check them out 👍🏽

  The advertised Catfish dinner is deceptive it's not real Catfish it's Swai Swai a Chinese version. I was completely disappointed as I was expecting the real deal. I haven't visited Kountry Kitchen since before the fire but I really loved the old soul food feel and certainly enjoyed eating the real catfish dinner. I wished I'd went with the pork chop and gravy or rib tips etc. Instead

  Ordered a Circle City Cobb Salad, based on the description on the menu. Got a totally different salad with ingredients I don't eat. Drove from the east side to the restaurant location and was asked for my name and phone number so I could receive the refund. Never got a call, never got a refund. Couldn't rate the food because I never got to eat it. Service is a 2 because I waited in line long enough to enjoy the atmosphere, with no results on my order. By the way...Who makes a salad with Romaine and mixed greens, Avocado, boiled egg whites, and Black Eyed Peas???!!!

  Sunday Dinner I ordered neck bones, mac n cheese, mixed greens, cornbread, and a lemonade. Whoever was in the kitchen today!!! Knows a thing about cooking! My food was goodt 🔥 🔥🔥! I did question myself paying $6.53 for a medium cup of lemonade. It was very good as well though but that was a too much to pay for some lemonade. You will be happy with it though 😊.
