  My family and I have been customers of this Jimmy John’s for well over 6+ years, as we live close to the shop. We have spent a lot of money at this shop over the years. Unfortunately they lost our business today. I placed a pick up order, ran a couple of errands, went to go pick up my order and at the 40 minute mark since ordering, it still wasn’t ready. After sitting in a booth for 15 minutes I finally decided to inquire and it appeared that my order ticket was a surprise. I asked to cancel, which they said they did, but they couldn’t provide a receipt to prove it. All that could be provided was my original order ticket. No offer or anything to make the situation right.

  The service here has really just become sub-par. It's ok for pickup but stay far away from delivery.

  Waited 50 minutes for my delivery. It's not the first time. On one occasion was told they hold delivery orders until they have more then. Pitiful

  Pathetic sandwich, meat didn't even cover half the bun. Bun was hard as a rock. Gave them another shot but just no.
