Carlita picked up the phone with the best energy I have heard in decades. She was kind, lively, energetic, and most importantly-human. She made me laugh, she was knowledgeable and she made me want to actually come in the store to meet her. It is rare in these times to encounter a human like her. She deserves not only a raise, but a promotion so she can train everyone-including management. She was shockingly awesome :)
