  I placed an “order ahead” order to be delivered during a certain time window. Jimmy John’s proceeded to send my order through Uber Eats. Uber Eats did not deliver my order during the scheduled delivery window. Instead they picked up additional orders along the way and brought my order to me as their last stop. My order was delivered OVER an hour AFTER I scheduled the delivery to be made. In this order I asked for a bottled beverage and it arrived BEYOND warm and it was open. I ordered a cold sub and it also came to me BEYOND warm and it tasted like smoke because the driver wreaked of smoke. Mind you…this location isn’t even 5 minutes away from my office. Why couldn’t Jimmy John’s bring it to me themselves? Why did it need to go through Uber Eats? This location is genuinely terrible to order from. I try and order from a different location and it just sends my order to this one regardless. I’m beyond annoyed and out $20 for this garbage food.

  Workers were nice. I ordered 5 sandwiches, and had added cheese to 3. 2 were missing completely. I also ordered a halved pickle that was missing that was extra as well. Overall food and service was okay, just not happy to not have order correct.

  Thanks for making me wait over 1 hour and 30 minutes you all suck so bad rude when I call asking about the food so is customer service at corporate.

  Just ordered food today for 16$ the delivery driver was 1hr 30 mins late, my bag was balled up pop all over the cup. They need to do better than that. I could have been eating somewhere else. They suck!
