  Picked up an order today, no interaction from employees & meat tasted spoiled. I tried calling the store but no answer.

  I was turned away at the door 20 minutes before close. I had just finished up from a long day and stopped by to pick something up to go. They stated they were no longer taking any new orders and were very unkind about it. I wasn’t going to place a complicated order but regardless to turn a customer away at the door right as they stepped in is terrible. Will NOT be going back to this location.

  I'd give a zero if I could. Went to go place an order and they told me they weren't taking anymore orders at the store that I had to do it online? How ridiculous!!! Will not return!

  Shift management has a bad attitude and skipped over us several times. He allowed one sandwich to burn another staff member complained about the burning sandwich. The shift manager ignored the coworker. He had an attitude for no reason. I'm demanding a full refund. He refused to give me the refund. Claiming he wasn't being rude to me. Yet co workers were asking him why he was treating me like that.

  I usually do not leave bad reviews, but I found it to be quite ridiculous that I ordered off DoorDash and I called because there wasn’t an option to ask for mayonnaise on the side and asked if they could cook the bacon I was told I had to speak with a manager extremely rudely by the staff member and then the manager was extremely rude stating that they don’t do that there when I have gotten it that way from there every time I’ve been there I find it ridiculous and be better. Better Customer service before you lose more customers.
