  Ordered food directly through Jimmy Johns website for my elderly grandmother. She waited hours and nobody ever delivered her food. Called the manger, they were rude and refused to give us sandwiches or refund. According to other recent reviews, this isn’t new behaviour for the manager here. Already submitted a complaint but nothing came of it—the owner clearly doesn’t care about this business. Worst service I’ve ever dealt with. Will never be back.

  I recently ordered a kids sub and I was disappointed with the value and quality of the meal overall. The sandwich was EXTREAMLY small and looked poorly prepared. It contained turkey -essentially one little piece and was loaded with lettuce, tomato and mayo. Although they didnt forget my cheese the sandwich felt skimpy and not what I expected for the price. For nearly $9 I expected better portioning and better presentation. This is a "go to" for me and many companies. I would have gone in to have them fix it but the staff didnt look too happy. How can you let a sandwich go to a customer like that in a store? I would be embarrassed. DEF NOT gonna be my lunch choice from here on out.

  The man running this location is very rude on multiple occasions, he needs some customer service training ASAP (most recent incident was this afternoon 5/31/26)

  Picked up an order today, no interaction from employees & meat tasted spoiled. I tried calling the store but no answer.

  I was turned away at the door 20 minutes before close. I had just finished up from a long day and stopped by to pick something up to go. They stated they were no longer taking any new orders and were very unkind about it. I wasn’t going to place a complicated order but regardless to turn a customer away at the door right as they stepped in is terrible. Will NOT be going back to this location.
