They were not busy. Sandwich was made wrong, half of it tasted like sanitizer that lingered in your mouth. The other customers in the store also had orders made incorrectly. Charged for additional things like cheese then didn’t add etc. Love Jimmy John’s, maybe just a rough day or bad location but this was unacceptable.

In other words, we don't really care about the walk-in customers. I saw an old man with a walking stick ordering after me. I guess he was forced to find seating elsewhere too. Never going back.
