    $10 for lettuce, bread and a minuscule amount of deli meat is a total rip off. Never going to JJs again.

    Multiple staff were very rude. Took the wrong order, did not listen then argued with other customers about how they didn’t order something they clearly just did. They were not busy. Sandwich was made wrong, half of it tasted like sanitizer that lingered in your mouth. The other customers in the store also had orders made incorrectly. Charged for additional things like cheese then didn’t add etc. Love Jimmy John’s, maybe just a rough day or bad location but this was unacceptable.

    I walked in, no seating available, tables full of catering boxes. When I asked why there was no seating, the response was, "We need it for catering." In other words, we don't really care about the walk-in customers. I saw an old man with a walking stick ordering after me. I guess he was forced to find seating elsewhere too. Never going back.

    I cant comment anything like the food or the atmosphere. I walked in looked at the menu for 5 minutes. Was about to order then was told they aren't taking any more orders. No explanation given just "no more orders."

    I eat here sometimes for my lunch break because it’s relatively easy to walk to. I always get a tuna sandwich with extra tuna salad, but without cucumbers or tomato because I find that those toppings are usually too slimy or squishy for my liking. The employees never seem happy to see a customer come in to order. I’ve never been greeted and the cashiers I’ve ordered through aren’t very friendly or warm people. But usually my sandwich is made correctly and fairly quickly since I’m either the only customer or one among few. I like the tuna salad and the sandwich is usually nicely filled, so I feel like I get my money’s worth.
