- DDDejBee2 days ago1.0Weird experience at this location. The sandwich person, a tiny Hispanic girl, forgot my cheese. I came back up to the window and asked for cheese and showed her my sandwich and she proceeded to take my sandwich and dig through it to pull out lettuce covered in ranch and claim that it was cheese. I immediately asked for a refund because that disgusting to watch and at that point the sandwich was completely ruined. This happened October 21, 2026. Between 8:00pm and 8:12pm.
- SGSteven GigliOct 14, 20261.0Meat is chewy. Turkey is bad but salami/capocola is the worst. Roast beef is surprisingly the least chewy. They use gig drivers for delivery. First time i had an issue, i called the store hoping they make it right. Associate acted like he didn’t care, like it was no big deal, like nothing happened. He literally said you just have to place another order. I had to chastise him over the phone and literally force him to do a proper refund/refill on the register because my food was “stolen” at the store according to their ridiculous excuse. Second incident, driver pulls up to the entrance of my complex than marks delivered. Second driver parks 15 minutes in my complex, not moving. When i call to see what’s going on, she acted like she wanted to fight me. When I called the store to complain, the associate got hyper on the phone. Like I was offending him. Absolute clown show over at Jimmy John’s E 82nd st If you can’t hire and retain in-house delivery talent, that speaks poorly on who’s operating this location.

Received a text that the driver needed the suite number and sent it right away. I immediately received a text that my order was cancelled. I tried calling the restaurant back 8 times as I’m in a training for work with limited time to eat and received no answer!!! My card was STILL charged and I STILL have no lunch and I’m highly disappointed!!! I will NEVER use this location EVER again!!!!
