  Used to be my weekly splurge meal on my days off, but over the last 6 months or so there has been little to zero attention paid to orders. I've had sandwiches delivered without any protein; modifications straight up ignored, ESPECIALLY when it comes to asking for EZ Mayo (if you aren't going to honor the request, why have it as an option in the first place? Today's issue); flat and/or out-of-syrup sodas with barely a 50/50 chance of getting a straw with your meal (both were issues today as well). Really, really unfortunate. This place used to be the best JJ's in the area. But waiting over an hour for incorrect and subpar/incorrect food just isn't worth it.

  Stopped by a Jimmy John’s location today and was turned away because they wouldn’t accept a $50 bill for a simple sandwich order. I understand businesses may have policies about large bills, but there was no sign posted and no effort to offer a solution. It was frustrating to be ready to pay and still leave without food. Clear communication (like a sign at the register) would prevent situations like this and save customers time. Not a great experience.

  Mexican lady took my order while rushing to leave, she didn't take my name or anything. My food sat on the counter for at least 10mins they didn't tell me my order was done and sitting on counter. Only person that spoke English was the lady that was RUSHING to LEAVE!! They just threw my sandwich together also!! DO BETTER PLEASE!!

  Usually **Jimmy John's** is my go-to spot, but I’d strongly recommend avoiding this location for now. Yesterday both of my kids ordered the **Turkey Tom**, and within hours they were extremely sick with what appears to be food poisoning. Seeing both of them go through that at the same time was awful, and the only common thing they ate was the turkey from here. I’ve never had an issue here before, but this experience was serious enough that I feel people should be aware. Please be careful ordering the turkey until this is looked into.
