  FREAKY SLOW! EVERY TIME!! They also don’t fulfill our order 50% of the time. They’ve given us the wrong sandwiches, shorted us cookies and chips, and take about an hour to deliver not even a mile away. Their staff is also rude and terrible at handling customer complaints. They don’t want to take responsibility!

  Freaky Slow - waited on delivery over an hour before we finally voided the order. Manager was rude because he couldn’t understand why I was asking if deli meat and potato salad that had been in a delivery bag for over an hour was safe to eat - food poisoning. Manager said they couldn’t commit to delivery times and that our house was two miles away - justifying the > 1-hour wait. ClusterTruck is 1.7 miles away with a wait time of 14-24 minutes. Jimmy John’s is 1.4 miles away. We’ll be going to ClusterTruck and Jersey Mike’s from now on.

  I’m going to stop coming to this location. My husband goes to buy us lunch and asked for no lettuce or tomatoes on the sandwiches due allergy. They messed up the order by putting lettuce and tomatoes on the sandwiches. When he made them aware they tried to argue with him and said next time they won’t take off the lettuce and tomatoes because that’s how the sandwiches come when we know you can take off ingredients. Customer service absolutely horrible and unacceptable

  Josh is a horrible employee. I ordered a carry out order 10mins prior to picking up, when I walked in there were zero customers and my order hadn’t even been started yet. Just as he was about to start my order his friends walked in and he said “what’s up guys what can I get ya!” Then proceeded to make their walk in order first. I waited an extra TEN minutes for my food to finally be done while my fiancé had to wait in the car with a crying baby. 0/10 experience.
