They’ve given us the wrong sandwiches, shorted us cookies and chips, and take about an hour to deliver not even a mile away. Their staff is also rude and terrible at handling customer complaints. They don’t want to take responsibility!

Manager was rude because he couldn’t understand why I was asking if deli meat and potato salad that had been in a delivery bag for over an hour was safe to eat - food poisoning. Manager said they couldn’t commit to delivery times and that our house was two miles away - justifying the > 1-hour wait. ClusterTruck is 1.7 miles away with a wait time of 14-24 minutes. Jimmy John’s is 1.4 miles away. We’ll be going to ClusterTruck and Jersey Mike’s from now on.
