  Good if the right people are in the kitchen. If you see young boys, don't even bother wasting your time and money. They don't care at all

  Went into this location order the family fest sausage and pepperoni with extra sauce . Received the pizza and breadsticks the pizza had hardly no sauce , the bread sticks were hard.. I went right back in to address the issue and was told they were not going to remake it that it had double sauce. Im sorry but it did not it’s pretty dry. See pictures for proof… They refused to take care of the problem. I told them we were first time customers very disappointed and that we won’t be back. One of the workers says okay we appreciate you being a smart ass. So just know this is the kind of customer service you receive after $35 even gave a tip.. it taste like card board and the bread sticks are super chewy./ hard. We ended up throwing it out and going home to eat. Wasted hard earned money for crappy service and food. I guess I should have read the reviews seems to be a trend at this location .

  I returned a pizza due to the insufficient toppings and the temperature. The cost $31.60. I was met immediately with unwillingness to correct the pizza. The General Manager of the store became combative and eventually stated she will "not" remake the pizza. She stated they used to have more toppings in past years, have now have decided not to "waste product". She said she would refund the pizza that evening. I asked for proof of credit. She refused, stating she would void the transaction so the charges wouldn't stand. I informed her that she is required to provide proof of credit, just as proof of purchase was provided. She then proceeded to call Lawrence Police on me for not agreeing with her statements. There were customers in the lobby as well as her staff as witness.. She was on camera agreeing to refund. She threw the pizza in the trash at the back of the kitchen right in front of everyone, on camera as well. I left so the situation after waiting 10 mins for her to provide the requested credit. She continued to refuse. She weaponized the police department and potentially put mine and my children's life in danger if they would've detained me or worse just for asking for a credit receipt. Which is Law. I've never been treated this horribly. This is the absolute WORST Jacks location in the city. Shame on them! I have the police report number and the respinding officers information for future action. I called the merchant that following Monday to ask why the credit hadn't been made, she stated the police said since I left prior to their arrival, the company didn't have to credit my card. They are not in a position (the police department) to advise a business of how to proceed with a monetary dispute against them. I feel they attempted to intimidate one of their long time customers from ever complaining about poor product. We need better for this area. They need to restore their previously excellent service and quality of their pizza. Shame!

  The pizza tasted like Jack's the grocery store frozen kind NOT the Jacks I'm used to. 40 bucks is a lot to spend and I don't know if you changed your recipe or cut backs but it was awful. I'm really disappointed we've been coming to you since the 80s.
