  Ordered extra cheese and barely got any cheese at all they were unorganized just the worst experience ever

  I tried Jacks again. The toppings were great! My problem was with the crust. It tasted ok and looked like it was cooked right, but was super hard to chew. My gf had the breadsticks also and thought it might have been a bad batch of dough. Would have been five stars except for the dough.

  The pizza was HORRIBLE. I ordered a medium pizza, afterwards not more than a couple, asked if I could change to large pizza. Girl making pizza told me she had already started the pizza but she would make a large one. When I got home, and opened the box, it looked like she had put a leftover pizza from a previous order together, stuck back together, added more cheese, which looked darker than the normal cheese (fresh cheese normally a pale white color, this cheese was BURNT DARK BROWN). I have used this location for several years, been in this area since 2002, and this was the worse visit I have ever had. Servicer at the front of window nice. That girl making the pizza QUESTIONABLE

  Was quoted and hour for delivery, 2 hours later I was still waiting. Call atv1 hour and 30 minutes and was told it was out for delivery. At the 2 hour mark I called back to cancel and was told they didn't have my order. After they finally found it I was told the order is already out, I told her that I was told that 30 minutes ago. She then got an attitude and said that I was not the only delivery. I did say a cuss word and told them to refund my money. Apparently after paying for my food and waiting two hours with no delivery they're shocked people are a little irritated. She never apologized and I was polite up until that point. Hopefully they refund my card, but I'm not hopeful.
